Catherine is a dedicated legal researcher and has a powerful mastery in the art of writing, this extends to crafting of a comprehensive legal documents and articles which analyzes and provide clarity on various intricate legal matters. Driven by profound interests in legal practice and commercial transactions Catherine has a strong ability to analyze complex legal issues, provide clear and concise legal advice for clients, assist the firm in drafting legal documents and develop effective legal strategies. 

Catherine plays a pivotal role in, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, advising and assisting companies in establishing business in Tanzania, assisting on regulatory and compliance matters, facilitating and advising on registration of IPR, conducting and preparing due diligence reports on commercial transactions amongst others. Catherine M. Mkama holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL. B Hons) from University of Dar es Salaam and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Legal Practice at the Law School of Tanzania.
