Notably, he was named Tanzania One (T.O) in the ACSEE 2020 examinations, ranked as the 1st Best Male Student Nationwide, and placed 2nd Best in both Kiswahili and History. His achievements were formally recognized by the High Court of Tanzania in 2020 for his outstanding Form Six National Examination results.
On the international stage, Joseph has brought pride to Tanzania through his participation in high-level competitions. He won Best in Tanzania at the 21st ICRC Essay Competition (2023), ranked 17th in Africa at the APN Essay Competition (2022), and emerged as Champion of the Victory Attorneys Moot Court Competition (2022). He further showcased his legal acumen at the Willem C. Vis Moot in Vienna (2023) and represented Tanzania at the Great Lakes Regional Moot in Kigali (2023).
His global legal exposure has sharpened his skills in legal research, policy analysis, and moot advocacy. Additionally, he gained valuable professional experience during his placement as Media Monitoring and Communications expert at the World Bank Group, Tanzania (2023–2024).
